Good morning Cedar Grove!

Today, there is no telling what will happen. Today could be the best day of your life, or could be filled with hardship and trouble. That is what makes life so beautiful and complicated. We simply do not know. Personally, I find myself struggling with the part of life I don't know. So, when there is something I can know, I want to hold fast to that truth. Let me remind you of some things we know for those who have been saved by faith in Jesus.

You are a new creation.

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17

You have been redeemed.

Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, assilver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, 21 Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God. 1 Peter 1:18-21

You have been justified.

Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Romans 5:1-2

You have been promised eternal life.

25 And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life. 1 John 2:25

You have been sealed.

13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, 14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. Ephesians 1:13-14

You have been promised glorification.

Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. Romans 8:30

So, no matter what comes your way today, you can know that God has you eternally secured! Many things may change but that will not! Praise the Lord.

I love you Cedar Grove and look forward to gathering with you again soon! Happy in the Lord, amen. Buh-bye.
